Research topic:
„Layout and experimental investigations of a power-split powertrain for hand-held equipment“. Research activities cover the topics hybridization, layout and integration of a hybrid powertrain, drive train control function and novel sensor systems and are characterized by an interdisciplinary approach. The research activities are carried out at the Institute of Internal Combustion Engines and Thermodynamics in close cooperation with researches in the field of control engineering and sensor systems as well as with international industrial partners.
