Research topic:
„Simulation and experimental investigations for the use of a range-extender powertrain concept in recreation vehicles“. Research activities cover the topics e“-fuels“, optimum/real operation strategies as well as the influence of the hyprid architecture / fuel on emissions and are characterized by an interdisciplinary approach. The research activities are carried out at the Institute of Internal Combustion Engines and Thermodynamics in close cooperation with researches in the field of fuels and sensor systems as well as with international industrial partners.
